If you are not satisfied with ETFHour Pro for any reason, contact us within 15 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Email lcarliniguerra@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address used to purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
After the 15-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle.
